Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of any product or service from Local Engine, please contact our customer support department @ 800-377-1917 or email at [email protected]
Local Engine will gladly issue you a refund IF:
1. The product or service delivered was not up to Local Engine company standards
2. The product or service provided was not delivered.
3. There was a billing issue

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and will always make the changes necessary to your listings and/or website until you are completely satisfied with the results.

Due to the nature of our services, we can only offer a full refund during the first 72 hours from time of purchase, if the service provided has not yet been completed. Once the work has been completed we cannot reverse it. PLEASE NOTE ONCE YOUR LISTING AND/OR WEBSITE SETUP IS COMPLETE THERE IS NO REFUND AVAILABLE. Please have ready your Invoice number, your name as used on your credit card and your business name. After your refund is approved we will process within 24 hours or 1 business day. However please NOTE it may take an additional 24-48 hours for the financial institutions to credit back your account.

Billing Disputes
As a current or prior customer of Local Engine, each customer agrees to provide Local Engine (30) thirty days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company or bank. Local Engine must be the first option in billing disputes. Should Local Engine receive a chargeback from a third-party credit/debit card company or bank on the customer’s behalf before Local Engine has been given a chance to resolve the issue, Local Engine has the right to collect on the rendered services and any fees associated with those disputes. Regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, Local Engine retains the right to collect on any rendered services or fees that are due. Local Engine will submit any disputed amounts to a COLLECTION AGENCY. Once a chargeback has been received, Local Engine will immediately suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
